Terms of Use

By using MagiCal, you agree to these terms. MagiCal helps prepare calendar events from information you provide; it does not guarantee that recognition will be complete or error-free.

Your approval is required

You are responsible for reviewing dates, times, titles, locations, recurrence, and selected calendars. Nothing should be treated as added until your calendar app or connected provider confirms it.

Connected services

Features that connect to calendar or social platforms depend on those providers and on the permissions you choose to grant. You are responsible for content you choose to import, export, or publish. You may disconnect a connected service at any time.

Acceptable use

Use MagiCal only with content you are permitted to submit. Do not attempt to bypass trial limits, access another person’s transfers or connected accounts, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful activity.

Purchases

The displayed price and access terms are shown before Stripe Checkout. A purchase grants personal access to MagiCal under the offer presented at checkout. Access can be restored through the verified purchaser email when available.

Refunds

If a purchase is duplicated, unauthorized, or MagiCal does not work as described, contact help@magi-cal.com with the purchase email and date. Requests are reviewed promptly, and refunds are provided when required by law or appropriate to the circumstances.

Availability and liability

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, MagiCal is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and liability is limited to the amount paid for MagiCal.
